Brad is a 28 year old professional working in the human resources sector for a private consulting firm in Perth, Western Australia.

Over the last ten years he has developed a passion for community development, volunteering with local organisations and charities, many of which interact with corporate partners as part of their CSR programs. These interactions have led him to an appreciation of, and interest in the role of Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability within an organisation.

From the point of view as a human resources professional, Brad firmly believes that there is more that the wider human resources professional community can do to increase companies’ social licence to operate sustainably, and is excited to use this blog to develop his ideas.
